Versatile gear-driven top mount mixers are utlized to agitate low viscosity liquids in large volumes or higher viscosities in lower volumes.  Industries using top mounted mixers include waste water, chemicals, paint & coatings, petroleum, adhesives and many more.  The 1 HP INDCO TM-100 mixer mounts to a support structure or mounting surface above the tank via four bolts and features a right angle 10:1 gear reducer.   The 1 ½” X 72” long 316 stainless steel shaft rotates 175 rpm.  The standard 22” hydrofoil impeller is secured to the shaft using set screws and keyway with gib key to prevent rotational and vertical movement.  The mixer requires 115/230 Volt AC single phase power.  This mixer is ideal for  batch production or continuous processes.  All wetted parts are 316 SS standard for chemical resistance.  Customizations include gear ratio, shaft length, alternate impeller options, variable speed control and washdown or outdoor duty mechanical component finishes.  Hastelloy C and other alloys are available as needed for wetted parts.  Contact our engineers to assist with sizing and configuring the mixer to your application.
