4" Tri-Clamp® Mount 1 HP Electric Washdown Gear Reduced Variable Speed Mixer

INDCO's  TCM-series Tri-Clamp® Flange Mount Mixers are designed for sealed applications in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries.  The sanitary tri-clamp® design provides quick and easy access to the vessel with no tools required.  The model TCMG-4-100V gear-driven electric variable speed unit plugs conveniently into a standard 120 volt outlet.  Features include a 4" diameter tri-clamp® flange, internally-mounted mechanical seal rated full vacuum to 125 psi and 5:1 gear reducer.  The 1 HP non-painted washdown motor is driven by a Leeson Washguard NEMA 4X control and provides output speed from 35 -350 RPM.  One 15" hydrofoil impeller attaches to the 1" diameter by 48" long shaft with set screws.  All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel.  This model features a Baldor electric motor known for quality and reliability.  Customizations can  include motors, multiple impeller options and electropolished wetted parts.  Material certifications and certificates of conformance can be provided.  Contact our engineers for assistance with your application or to quote available options.
