The INDCO STL-series mixer is designed for mixing liquid products in stainless steel intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s), or “totes”.  Inspired by the many unique mixers created for our customers for this purpose, STL mixers can be configured to process liquids with a wide range of properties and meet many operational requirements.  The STL-075E is our 3/4 HP electric model and is 10:1 gear reduced.  The 3/4 HP electric motor model is an explosion proof motor and requires single phase 115/230 voltage.  This unit is equipped with motor leads only and operates at 175 RPM.  The model includes a stainless steel lid with locking ring, gasket and lifting eye.  The 1-1/2" x 30" long mixing shaft attaches to the motor coupler & (2) 14" diameter 4-bladed axial impellers with set screws. A PTFE lip seal is included.  All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance.  Standard models are configured for 350-gallon totes although customizations can be made for other tote sizes by quote.  Impellers, seals and finish options are available to suit food and other sanitary industry requirements.
