INDCO's steep pitch propellers are your solution for increased agitation from a given propeller size. This 11" diameter 316L alloy stainless steel 3-blade propeller with 1" bore has a pitch ratio of 1.5:1 resulting in a more aggressive blade angle than standard square pitch propellers. The left hand design produces downward fluid motion with clockwise rotation as viewed from above. Our industrial grade propellers are investment cast, roto tumbled and finish machined to close tolerances. Dual set screws positioned ninety degrees apart securely fasten the propeller to your mixer shaft yet allow for adjustment in position. If your requirements are for a sanitary mixing process our propellers can be ordered polished. We also carry hastelloy propellers when corrosion resistance beyond that provided by 316L is required. A variety of custom options such as keyways, clipping, cutting, pitch changes, electropolishing and metric bores or set screws are available. Please call us for a quote.
