This premium quality air-driven high viscosity drum pump transfers liquids up to 25,000 cps and is commonly used with polymers, adhesives, greases, paints and resins. Engineered with a progressive cavity design and 316 stainless steel, Teflon® and silicon carbide wetted parts the pump delivers a continuous, smooth flow with minimal product degradation. The 39" long immersed feed tube is powered by a 1-horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor that delivers a maximum flow of 7 gallons per minute. Please note that the flow rating is for "water-like" viscosity and that liquids up to 25,000 cps can be dispensed at lower flow rates. This model features a silicon carbide and viton mechanical seal and is not intended for dry running.
