INDCO's 316 stainless steel radial flow turbines provide a flow pattern outward from the rotating shaft. The result is a mixing action that does not create a vortex but rather moves liquid upward and downward along the sides of the vessel. This motion is particularly useful for gas dispersion or for agitating shallow batches where imparting air is undesirable. The 7" diameter model features 2" wide blades and has a maximum bore size of 1-1/2". Please specify bore size when ordering. The blades are welded to the hub and the unit comes complete with two set screws. Our radial flow turbines are available with custom keyways or polished to surface finishes as fine as 15Ra.
