INDCO's polished 316 stainless steel radial flow turbines provide a flow pattern outward from the rotating shaft. The result is a mixing action that does not create a vortex but rather moves liquid upward and downward along the sides of the vessel. This motion is particularly useful for gas dispersion or for agitating shallow batches where imparting air is undesirable. The 6" diameter model features 1" wide blades welded to the hub, comes without set screws and has a maximum bore size of 1-1/2". Please specify bore size when ordering. A #4 buffed finish is standard. Surface finishes as fine as 15Ra can be provided with a certificate of conformance, and material certifications are also available.
