Our Design E blade has a unique "knife edge" profile for shredding or breaking down larger solid materials such as wax or rubber. When combined with the more standard tooth design this blade is the choice for applications requiring a chopping and dispersion action in a single process. The 9" diameter blade (measured bent blade tip to bent blade tip) is laser cut from 316 stainless steel, has a 5/8" center hole and is die formed. For increased blade life or for highly abrasive applications please see our tungsten carbide coated models. All our dispersion blades can be supplied with mounting hole patterns to match your equipment requirements. Optional mounting hubs are also available and include welded or bolted designs.
