The HS model is designed for medium jobs in 1-2 gallon sized containers and is constructed of 304 polished stainless steel. This Jiffy mixer works well with handheld power tools with 1/4" chuck capacity in a variety of applications. The HS model has a 2-5/8" dia. blade and is designed for a max speed of 800 RPMS however best results are achieved from 450-750 RPMS to reduce splashing and the imparting of air into a product.
