Rushton Impeller, 6-Blade 12" Diameter

The Rushton impeller is a high shear design commonly used in liquid-gas mixing, bioreactors and fermenters. It consists of a 316 stainless steel flat disc with six vertical evenly-spaced blades. The 12" diameter model has a maximum bore size of 1 1/4". Please specify bore size in comments when ordering. The radial flow pattern produced by the Rushton moves outward and along the interior tank wall. All models come standard with set screws. Please contact us regarding keyways, optional surface finishes or other customizations.
