INDCO is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Dale as President. Jon succeeds former President Mark Hennis, who is transitioning into retirement after 17 years of dedicated service.

Meet Jon Dale, President of INDCO
Jon has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Lean Manufacturing, backed by 16 years of hands-on experience in engineering, operations, and leadership within highly technical manufacturing environments.
Since joining INDCO, Jon’s focus has been centered on fully understanding the team, process, customers, and products that make the business unique. INDCO’s continued success will be built on customer service, operational execution, and technical excellence.
