With the implementation of the new site we now have the ability to help new and returning customers faster and more efficiently. We take a lot of pride in being your direct source and we have added more technical resources as well as interactive forms to help you select the right products for your application. We can help seasoned mixer professionals to entrepreneurs and anyone in between. We have engineers on staff to help with mixer sizing or customizations and we have the industry's best lead times on many of our standard products.

What is new? 

Easier shopping navigation with a cool new look and feel.

We display product listings in fewer steps than before to help simplify your shopping experience. You will see that the products are grouped by type as well as by industry. Ongoing enhancements to product filter capabilities will continue to improve the experience as well. At any time if you need assistance there is a quote form on the right of the screen on all pages. 

Improved search function 

We have over 2300 products on our site as well as dozens of manuals, technical guides and videos. The search capability on the new site is almost endless. You can enter the product number, name, type of product you need or a combination and the search results will show everything on the site that fits your search parameters. You can then filter or select to move forward with your session.

Enhanced account features

With the introduction of the new site, all users will need to register as new, even if you have shopped before. Once you have completed your registration you will be able to join your existing account and have access to account details.

We have added order history and tracking information to your account as well as the ability to have multiple users under a parent company. We feel that the new account functionality will speed up your order process and allow for a seamless, hassle free checkout.

Your account number can be found on your invoice or on the back of a quarterly catalog. If you do not know your account number you may contact customer service at 1-800-851-1049 or email info@indco.com. If you choose to skip the account linking step we can link the accounts after your order is placed.

New interactive forms 

We want to make sure your entire shopping experience can be completed from your phone or tablet without the need of a printer/fax. You can now fill out and submit your credit application conveniently on the site. We have other forms for sizing, selection or quote that can be filled out interactively and submitted online.
