Call us at 1-800-851-1049 for a quote.  One of our customer service reps or sales engineers will be happy to assist you.  Or if it is easier, fax your specs to 1-812-944-9742.  We recognize that the quote process is integral to many purchase processes and that quick turn-around time is important to our customers so we make timely response to quote request a priority.

Can I buy replacement parts?

INDCO absolutely offers replacement parts.  Our customer service reps and sales engineers’ product knowledge is key to determining the parts you may need.  Many product manuals are available on our website using the documents tab and include a complete parts list.

What payment types does INDCO accept?

There are several ways to get started with INDCO. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We also offer payment terms of NET 30 for qualified customers. Just download, complete and return the credit application to start the process.  Check in advance and money orders are also accepted.

Is there a minimum order?

No, INDCO does not have a minimum order requirement but does have minimum shipping charges.

Do I have to have an account to order online?

You do not have to have an account to order online.  You can choose to order as a guest when contact information is requested during the ordering process.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

How do I set up an account online?

To setup an online account during the checkout process, simply complete the company and contact information as requested.  An online account number will be issued at the time the account information is saved for your reference and a password will be required to complete the process.  Payment options will be suggested during the online checkout process.

What kind of mixers do you sell?

INDCO specializes in small and medium size mixers for batch sizes up to 5,000 gallons for industrial and sanitary applications. We keep a large stock of component parts, and as a result can fill 95% of orders within 2 business days. This makes INDCO the ideal company to call when you need equipment quickly.  In addition to our complete line of standard mixers and mixer accessories, we can customize our products to meet your needs or build to your specifications.

Does INDCO build custom mixers and mixing systems?

Yes, we have a fully trained engineering staff on site that can help you create a custom solution to meet your mixing requirements.

Do you offer complete mixing systems?

Yes, we offer complete packages including tank, mixing, sensing, control, and pumping. We can skid mount or free stand our tanks. Onsite testing and validation is also offered. Our engineering staff will provide a drawing package for your approval on any system before manufacturing begins. We want to ensure your satisfaction. Can I place blanket purchase orders?  If so how?

Yes, INDCO accepts blanket orders.  Blanket orders are a very effective tool for ensuring on-time delivery and we know that is important to our customers.  The two easiest ways to place a blanket order are to call customer service at 1-800-851-1049 or fax your blanket purchase order to 1-812-944-9742.

Do you have distributors or representatives?

No, INDCO is your direct source for industrial mixing equipment and sanitary mixing equipment.  We have been in business since 1975 and selling direct has always been our business model.  We believe that the direct model shortens the lead time for both quotes and product delivery.  You can speak directly with our sales engineers.  There is no middle man.

Why does INDCO send out so many catalogs?

The simple answer is that INDCO markets directly.  We don’t have distributors or reps.  Yes, we know that the world is changing and we are keeping up by offering the website and a digital version of our catalog.  If you find that the website and / or the digital catalog work best for you, please feel free to opt out of our print catalog.  The easiest way to do this is to fax the back page of your most recent catalog to us at 1-812-944-9742.  We’ll make sure that you are promptly removed from our mailing list.  We want to reach you in the way that is most convenient for you.

How do I request a catalog?

How do I obtain material certification and other documentation?

When placing your order please specify what documentation you will require.  There may be a fee for certain types of documentation, but we offer many free of charge.

What are your standard lead times?

Each product has specific lead time dependent on production and engineering requirements.  We are proud that we can offer 95% of our products within a 2 day lead time.  In fact, many items can ship the same day.  Larger quantities and custom orders may take longer, please contact us for specific product lead times.  If you require expedited delivery, we will work with you on the expected lead times.  We often beat our standard lead times. We pride ourselves on having the quickest average lead time in the business.

Does INDCO ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products both domestically and internationally.  If calling INDCO internationally, dial direct at 1-812-945-4383.

What is INDCO’s warranty policy?

Our products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship.  We will repair or replace such items as may prove defective at our option.  Products manufactured by INDCO have a one year warranty against defective material and workmanship. All distributed products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.  All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except for normal wear items such as belts or impellers.

We cannot be responsible for damage or abuse to equipment caused by improper installation or operation.  Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.

For warranty repairs, equipment is returned to INDCO at your expense – we will repair and return to you at our expense.  This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.  INDCO shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental, arising from the sale or use of it products.

What is INDCO's return policy?

At INDCO, we take pride in the products and services we provide. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return merchandise, simply notify Customer Service at (1-800-851-1049) within 30 days of receipt of purchase to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). We’ll help you with return instructions. Restocking fees of 20% will apply to all returned items. Sorry- used, custom made or specially modified non-standard merchandise is not returnable.
