INDCO's deluxe Heavy Duty Flange Mount Mixers are an excellent choice for mixing in large scale process vessels or anywhere sealed mixing is required.  Simply the best value in the industry for this type of the mixer, the FMG-150A model features a 304 stainless steel 4" ANSI flange mount design and a dry-running mechanical seal rated 125 psi to full vacuum.  The 1-1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM.  See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow.  The air control valve adjust speeds between 30-300 RPM.  A heavy duty bearing adds support to maximize shaft stability.  The 10:1 gear reducer vigorously agitates large volumes of light viscosity materials.  The 1-1/4" diameter x 48" long mixing shaft attaches to a stainless steel motor coupler and to a 16" diameter, 3-blade hydrofoil with set screws and provides outstanding fluid velocity.  All wetted parts are 316 SS for chemical resistance.  This model features a Gast air motor which is known for its rugged construction and reliability.  Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum flexibility or multiple applications.  They are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.  Many custom options are available for our Heavy Duty Flange Mount Mixers including stainless steel motors, customized seals, special shafts and alternate impellers.  Please contact one of our engineers to quote your specific application needs.
